- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unprofessional. Our family came from 2 hours from all directions to meet here for lunch today as is our half way point, a table was reserved weeks in advance and a subsequent phone request made for a high chair earlier in the week to also be reserved only to arrive today to be told that no table had been reserved and that the company had no available tables. Staff making reservations should be trained well enough to review/confirm reservations (day, date, time, contact person and number) whilst speaking with a customer- especially one who has called twice! Its likely more thought will be taken to decide whether to continue to have our annual family christmas party here especially when we have 40+ people to seat.By Casey Mungoven, March 08, 2017
